He is a renowned physician specializing in preventive medicine, macrobiotics and other natural therapies, disciplines from which he has developed a holistic medical approach aimed at improving health and correcting imbalances in the body.

Thanks to his extensive professional experience, he has been able to help thousands of patients who have visited his centers in Madrid, Valencia and Alicante.

He currently continues to see patients, offering medical advice and treatment. His work focuses on helping people understand the relationship between health and disease through mindful eating and Macrobiotic Medicine, combining scientific knowledge with the most fundamental principles of Eastern Medicine.

Dr. Rubio has extensive training in a range of disciplines related to natural health and integrative medicine. His main specialties include Macrobiotic Medicine, Biological Medicine, Preventive Medicine, Acupuncture, Homeopathy, Shiatsu-Seitai and Antihomotoxic Medicine. Thanks to this holistic approach, his consultations are aimed at improving the patient's overall well being and addressing health problems from a global perspective.

In addition to his clinical practice, he has carried out significant teaching and outreach work in the field of nutrition and natural medicine. For more than 15 years, he was a teacher of Eastern techniques, working with the Kushi Institute, one of the most internationally renowned institutions in the field of macrobiotics and Eastern medicine.

Throughout his career, he has taken part in numerous training activities and conferences, including his participation as a speaker at the World Cancer Congress held in Boston in 1980. He was also a lecturer at the Holistic Medicine Center of Navarra between 1981 and 1985, a lecturer at the Kushi Institute of Barcelona between 1985 and 1988, and Director of Studies at the Kushi Institute of Oriental Medicine and Macrobiotics in Valencia from 1986 to 1997.

For more than a decade, he was Medical Director of SHA Wellness Clinic Spain. Dr. Juan José Rubio now offers specialized consultations at Clínica Rubio. His work is focused on supporting and guiding his patients in the recovery of their health.

Specializing in osteopathy, pelvic floor, invasive physiotherapy and therapeutic training. Throughout her career, she has gained extensive training in musculoskeletal ultrasound, manual therapy and kinesiology, combining precise assessment with personalized treatments aimed at functional recovery and the overall well being of each patient.

She currently sees patients at Clínica Rubio, where she takes a comprehensive approach to a range of osteopathic, musculoskeletal and pelvic floor dysfunctions, combining advanced physiotherapy techniques with an active approach focused on movement and prevention.

In addition to her clinical work, Inés leads strength training programs for women through her Fisiofit Woman method, an approach that integrates strength exercise, breathing, hypopressives and movement to improve women's health and quality of life. She also coordinates hypopressive and proprioceptive core groups, aimed at improving posture, abdominal function, pelvic floor care and balance.

Her working methodology is based on continuing education, close and personalized care, and a combination of techniques supported by evidence and clinical experience, to address health in a comprehensive way and support each person throughout their recovery process.

Dr. Lucía Rubio Poveda has extensive training in nutrition and macrobiotic medicine, areas in which she has built a solid professional career.

At Clínica Rubio, she is part of a well-established team alongside Dr. Juan Rubio, applying a holistic approach with personalized nutrition and supplementation treatments tailored to the specific needs of each patient.

Following a medical diagnosis, her work focuses on addressing the root cause of illness with scientific rigor, without disregarding conventional medicine and always seeking to improve her patients' quality of life.

Dr. Rubio has also been a specialist in Aesthetic Medicine since 2012, certified by the Autonomous University of Barcelona. She has extensive additional training in facial and body techniques, including botulinum toxin application, vascular chemical sclerotherapy, non surgical blepharoplasty, lip enhancement and volume, chemical peels, jet plasma treatments and non surgical lifting techniques.

She also specializes in facial rejuvenation and facial harmonization, with great experience and precision in the use of hyaluronic acid, as well as in the treatment of under eye dark circles, facial volume restructuring and gummy smile correction.
